VII. Development Roadmap and Phase Planning
To realize its long-term vision and global influence, RealAsset Chain (RAC) has established a phased development roadmap. Each phase outlines specific technical and business milestones designed to guide the platform’s evolution into a leading on-chain infrastructure for Real World Assets (RWAs).
Phase I: Infrastructure Foundation & Pilot Asset Onboarding (2025)
Launch of RAC mainnet and core smart contract architecture
Deployment of the first Layer-2 Rollup module for scalability
Integration of decentralized oracle networks such as Chainlink to ensure off-chain data reliability
Completion of initial RWA mapping with three asset providers (e.g., real estate, accounts receivable, debt instruments)
Launch of the RAC Testnet with community node operator and developer recruitment
Phase II: Asset Class Expansion & Cross-Chain Interoperability (2026)
Support for diversified RWA categories including art, commodities, and green assets
Implementation of IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication) to enable seamless asset flows between Ethereum, Polygon, Cosmos, and other major chains
Launch of DeFi integration program, connecting RAC assets to liquidity platforms like Uniswap and Aave
Deployment of RAC governance portal and DAO voting system to enable early-stage decentralized governance
Establishment of a global validator incentive model, promoting community-run DAO operations
Phase III: Global Ecosystem Expansion & Advanced Governance (2027+)
Expansion of RAC’s localized operations across North America, Europe, and Asia
Strategic partnerships with institutional asset managers including banks, insurers, and investment funds
Upgrade of governance framework to introduce multi-subDAO architecture for domain-specific asset governance
Launch of RAC RWA Index products and structured financial instruments for institutional adoption
Continuous onboarding of third-party audits and regulatory rating agencies to enhance global trust and compliance
Throughout all stages, RAC will continuously gather user feedback, implement technical upgrades, and enable community-led proposal voting to ensure that platform development remains aligned with market demands and user expectations.
